STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGE:
Shipping rates are for ground transportation of your order and are based on your merchandise total.
Adjustments may be made in way of a refund after payment has been made.
Returns / Exchanges
Due to the fact that these items are custom made for your pet and not stock items, we do not refund. We do not keep a stock of any kind, each item is made after it is ordered.
We will exchange within 14 days of receipt if you are unhappy for any reason. Collars must be in new
condition in order to be eligible for exchange.
However, if we custom make a collar for you that is NOT on our site, we do not exchange or refund.
Of course, if we have made an error in making your collar to your specifications, we will remake it at no charge.
NOTE: All refund/exchange requests will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
Any sale, personalized, custom, orders will not be accepted for return or exchange unless
For returns or exchanges, we suggest the package is sent with insurance and delivery
confirmation for tracking purposes. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If it is otherwise we will not process the exchange. If we find that the item or items are
not re-salable, we can ship them back to you at your cost.
