We will not accept returns past 30 days upon receipt.

IF YOU ARE RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PET CLOTHING ITEM, IT MUST BE
COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY PET HAIR. If it is otherwise we will not process the return or exchange. If we find that the item or items are not re-salable, we can ship them back to you at your cost.
For Exchanges: Exchanged items must be of equal or greater value of your original order. If your exchange item costs more, we will adjust the costs accordingly. Shipping fees will be charged to ship the new item as specified below.
